Being physical fit is a very crucial and must for all trekkers on a climbing mission to Mt.Kilimanjaro. A good indication of the required fitness level required is that one should be able to jog for 30 minutes without getting out of breath. Before embarking on the climbing mission it is recommend that one should undertake a combined fitness practices of  both aerobic and light weight training to build up ones strength and stamina. This will better suit would be trekkers as it will equip them to enjoy the trek and a great chance of reaching the summit with a lot of energy and undisturbed easiness
